At iLimits, you are always in control of your data. This page explains how to delete your account, what data gets removed, and how the process works. We keep things simple, transparent, and fully in your hands.
Deleting Your Account
You may delete your iLimits parent account at any time. Deleting your account is a free and permanent action — there are no waiting periods, no fees, and no barriers to exercising this right.
Once a deletion request is confirmed and processed, your account and all data associated with it will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.
Account deletion is available to all iLimits users at any time. You do not need a reason to request it, and we will never ask for one.
What Data Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently and completely removed from our systems:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you no longer need your account data before proceeding.
How to Request Deletion
There are two ways to delete your iLimits account. Choose whichever is most convenient for you.
For email requests, please send from the email address registered to your iLimits account so we can verify and process your request promptly.
Deletion Processing
Once your deletion request is received and verified, here is what happens:
In rare circumstances, certain data may be retained for a limited period if required by applicable law or legal obligation. We will notify you if this applies to your request.
Important Notes
Partial deletion is not currently supported. Deleting individual data items (such as a single child profile or usage history) without deleting the full account is not available at this time. Account deletion removes all associated data entirely.
- — After deletion, your registered email address may be used to create a new iLimits account in future if you choose to return
- — Parental controls on linked child devices will stop functioning once the account is deleted
- — Deletion of the parent account removes all linked child devices and profiles — there is no way to delete only a child profile independently
- — We do not charge any fee or impose any waiting period for account deletion requests
