iLimits is intended as an assistive tool for families. The service is designed to support — not replace — meaningful conversations about healthy technology use between parents and children.

iLimits is intended exclusively for parents or legal guardians who wish to manage the digital environment of a child under their care. To use the service, you must:

• ✓ Be the parent, legal guardian, or have lawful authority to manage the child's device
• ✓ Use the service only for lawful purposes and within the scope described in these Terms
• ✓ Agree to all applicable local laws and regulations governing parental monitoring tools in your region

As a user of iLimits, you are responsible for ensuring the application is used appropriately within your household. This includes:

iLimits reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms is detected.

To use iLimits, you will create a parent account using a valid email address. From your account, you may link one or more child devices and manage all parental control settings centrally.

• ✓ You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information
• ✓ You must not share your account credentials with unauthorised individuals
• ✓ All devices linked to your account must be devices you are lawfully authorised to manage
• ✓ You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@ilimits.app

You agree to use iLimits only for its intended purpose as a family screen time management tool. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• ✗ Bypassing or circumventing any parental control restrictions implemented by the application
• ✗ Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the application
• ✗ Using the app to monitor individuals outside the parent–child relationship without lawful authority
• ✗ Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service or its underlying infrastructure
• ✗ Transmitting harmful content, malware, or code that could damage or impair any device or the iLimits service
• ✗ Reselling or sublicensing access to iLimits to any third party without express written consent

iLimits strives to provide a reliable and continuously available service, however we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The service may be subject to:

• ✓ Scheduled maintenance periods, announced in advance where possible
• ✓ Temporary outages due to factors outside our reasonable control
• ✓ Feature updates and improvements that may temporarily alter or limit functionality
• ✓ Changes to available features as the service evolves over time

We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes to the service in advance. iLimits is not liable for losses arising from temporary service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iLimits and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Either party may terminate use of iLimits at any time.

• ✓ Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

• ✓ We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where these Terms have been materially violated
• ✓ Accounts involved in misuse, fraudulent activity, or unlawful use may be terminated without prior notice
• ✓ We will provide reasonable notice where termination is not related to misconduct

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in the application, legal requirements, or our business practices. When material changes are made:
